Happy Halloween

We had a fabulous Halloween! Liam and Brian went trick-or-treating while Karen and Peyton stayed at home and handed out candy. Liam loved getting the front step ready for trick-or-treaters and was super excited about all of the candy he brought home!

Fall Festival

Liam, Peyton and Karen ventured out to Cox Farms for the Fall Festival today. Liam had a great time playing in the corn boxes (he probably would have stayed there all day), checking out the animals, and picking out our pumpkin for Halloween. Peyton enjoyed the ride in the stroller and napping (maybe next year she'll actually get to enjoy more of the festival).

Peyton is 4 months old!

Peyton is 4 months old now...At her well baby visit she was 14 pounds! She is such a happy baby (as long as she's been fed!). She laughs and smiles every time she sees Liam. She's started giving baby kisses (that's what Liam calls them). She is also starting to be more interested in what we're doing at the dinner table...rice cereal might be needed in the near future. She loves checking out her hands and feet, and she is grabbing everything she can to pull it towards her (toys, blankets, shirts, hair).

Kowall's visit

Susan, Gary and Jaidyn came for a short visit today. They were in town visiting Gary's relatives and luckily had enough time to stop by and see us.

Peyton's baptism

Peyton was baptized today. It was such a beautiful day and Peyton was so good through the entire service. We were so happy to have Karen's parents, her Aunt and Uncle, Brian's parents and his brother's family to be with us for this big event in Peyton's life. After church we had everyone back to our house for brunch.

Gee's visit

Karen's former clients Erika and Geof Gee came over today to meet Peyton and have a playdate with Liam. They brought their little ones Henry (2.5 years) and Charlotte (9 months).

The tractor Uncle Daniel gave Liam last Christmas was a big hit!
