more fun with Grandma and Grandpap

Liam had a great time with his Grandma and Grandpa this weekend. He even kicked Karen out of the bedroom one night so just Grandma would read him his stories and put him in bed. Here are just a few of the pictures from our fun weekend.

Grandma's beating

While Grandma and Grandpap Folger were here this weekend, Liam decided that Grandma needed a good beating. We don't know what she did to deserve it...but he made sure that even after he got her down he picked her up and got her again. 

diapers are optional...right?

Liam has decided that diapers are a clothing accessory that is optional. When he gets his diaper changed he likes to try to roll over onto his belly and pose (mainly in the hopes that we won't put a diaper back on him). Pictures had to be taken for future blackmail material...

fun times with Maddie and Cameron

Madison, Cameron and Liam always have such a good time when they are together. We went over to their house today to visit before Brian had to leave for his Habitat trip. All three kids took turns riding in the wagon, being pulled in the wagon, and making sure the safety signs were just right.

Baby Shower!

Brian, Karen and Liam hosted a baby shower this weekend for church friends Susie and Pete. It was a very low key, casual BBQ. Liam got to play with his friend Cayden again so he thought the party was great! Siobhan and Sherrie even brought Liam a gift (so he wouldn't feel left out when Susie was opening her gifts). It's amazing how fast 4 hours goes when you have good friends, good food and good conversation/wine flowing. :-)

JMU

On their way back from visiting Kelly, Karen and Liam couldn't help but stop by JMU to see how campus has changed since Brian and Karen graduated. Liam was very tired so he only cooperated for two pictures.

meeting Eleanor

This weekend Liam and Karen went down to Staunton, VA. They went to visit with Karen's friend from college Kelly and meet her 2 month old little girl Eleanor. Liam was so good with Eleanor. He kept saying "baby" and wanted to hold her hand (so cute). We all went to the park to have a picnic lunch and then headed back to Kelly's to play.
