BUBBLES!

The past two weekends we've gotten to spend time with Chris, Dana, Madison and Cameron. Both times we got to go outside and play. All three kids love playing with bubbles!

trip to Texas

Karen presented at a conference March 9th and 10th in Dallas, Texas. Since one of Brian's best friends from high school (Matt Hodder) lives in Dallas, we decided to all fly down for a visit the weekend before the conference. We spent most of the weekend playing with Allyson (Matt and Brynn's 2 year old daughter) and on our last day together we got to spend time with Garrett (their 6 month old baby). Liam and Allyson had a great time playing at the park and enjoying the warm weather (65 degrees--a far cry from the 35 degree weather we were having at home).

Liam's first plane ride

Liam really enjoyed his first airplane ride...he was a little angel the whole way to Texas. He made friends with the crew, did lots of walking up and down the aisle, and played with some new toys brought out just for this trip. Here are two photos we took with Karen's laptop (which was one of the fun toys that we had to play with).

while mommy and daddy were away.....

Liam got into mischief at Nana's house and at home (most of which wasn't shared with Karen and Brian until they came back from vacation). Linda was nice enough to take pictures of some of his antics so they could see how their little baby turned into a toddler while they were gone.

vacation

Brian, Karen, Chris and Dana all went to Mexico February 25-March 2nd. They left Liam, Madison and Cameron with Linda/Steve (Brian's parents) and Luanne/Steve (Dana's parents). Thank goodness for grandparents that are just down the road to spoil our kids while we spoiled ourselves. It was 5 full days of sitting by the pool, laying on the beach, and riding the lazy river (all with fun drinks in hand). Here are some pictures of the fun we had (and the resort we stayed at)!
