playing with Bogart

Liam loves playing with Bogart (and I'm pretty sure Bogart enjoys playing with Liam). They play keep away (Bogart's favorite game) and fetch. Here are just a few pictures of the two of them playing together.

Tuesdays

Liam gets to spend his Tuesdays with his Nana and Pop Pop...he gets to go on walks, work in the garden, pet Bogart, help with yard work, and pose for pictures. Nana got some great pictures recently...so we stole them from her camera while we were visiting this week. Look closely and you can see Liam's teeth in 2 of the pictures!

Liam is 8 months old!

Liam is getting bigger every day and seems to do something new every day too. He's 8 months old and we can't believe another month has gone by already. Liam loves trying new food and crawling after Bogart, petting Bogart, or playing "fetch" with Bogart. He is signing now too! He recognizes the signs for Mommy, Daddy, milk, more, all done, dog, and car. He will sign milk and more...we're still working on Mommy and Daddy. We are so blessed to have such a happy child.

Brian shot this video Thursday night to  make sure I didn't miss this big milestone. After a weekend of practice, Liam is now a pro at crawling...he doesn't fall down and he is out of the room before you can bat an eye...

off to WV again!

Brian, Karen and Liam went to West Virginia over Labor Day weekend to attend Karen's 10 year high school reunion. We had a great time at the reunion and hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa. Grandma was so excited about Liam being there that she took him into town Saturday morning (without his parents) to show him off to friends. Grandpa spent most of the weekend trying to teach Liam to crawl. We did a mini photo shoot of Liam in Sistersville by the river and the old oil derek in town (which is where most of the pictures for this post are from).
